  • Exhibits must be staged by 11am on the day of the show
  • One entry per person per class
  • Exhibits must be own work
  • Exhibits must not have been previously exhibited at the show
  • The Judges’ decision will be final in all classes
  • The committee reserve the right to cancel the show if necessary
  • The committee reserve the right to cancel or amalgamate classes in the event of insufficient entries
  • Prizes in all classes will be 30p, 20p, 15p. If not claimed in 5 days it will be donated to funds
  • Viewing at 2.45pm. Remove exhibits after prize giving and by 5pm please
  • The Fete Committee accept no responsibility for loss or damage
